| Bibliography | The description and identification of the edition, date of issue, authorship, and typography of a book or other written material. |
| Setting | a. The
context and environment in which a situation is set; the background. b. The time, place, and circumstances in which a narrative, drama, or film takes place. |
| First Person Narrative | Character tells the story from his point of view. |
| Third Person Narrative | Story told by someone not in the story. |
| Character | a. A person portrayed in an
artistic piece, such as a drama or novel. b. Characterization in fiction or drama |
| Plot | The pattern of events or main story in a narrative or drama. |
| Conflict | Problems or troubles characters are facing. |
| Climax | a. A moment
of great or culminating intensity in a narrative or drama, especially the
conclusion of a crisis. b. The turning point in a plot or dramatic action. |
| Resolution | How the conflict was solved |
| Theme | Central idea of a story. May be a character trait such as honesty. |
